Orders and payment

- Party bags (Bag Up Occasions) are ordered and paid for through our Etsy shop, and are subject to Etsy's own buyer terms and policies, alongside these terms. If offline, further terms to be considered. 
- Service bookings (Launch Up, Brand Up, Plan Up) are agreed directly with us. Payment terms (e.g. deposit, staged payments) will be confirmed at the point of booking.

Cancellations and refunds

- Party bag orders: Etsy's standard policy will apply
- Service bookings: All bookings after consultation will enter a contract agreement and are final unless stated or discussed otherwise

Liability

We aim to provide accurate information and a high-quality service, but:

- This website is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
